hi andy!!! yes, EMFs are the invisible toxin that people will start to care wayyy more about in the coming years. and yes, detoxification will also blow up in the next 3-5 years because of the overwhelming toxic load we're exposed to on a daily basis.

i'm glad this is my life's work and am just about to start building a company to bring it mainstream.

As long as the tech doesn't become too "convenient" in the near term, with it being tied to biometric ID and social credit score. Have you heard about the pushback against Ring and Flock cameras?

Hi Justin, happy to help on the research front. Let me know what's the best way to connect for you and move this forward.

What are your thoughts on 8sleep? I love the product but my wife recently held an EMF reader to it and it was off the charts

We've tested it, if you measure it seems that the actual mattress cover itself is fine, but the cooling pod device next to the bed emits a fair bit. So if you move that away I think it's good

Gotcha, thanks for the the reply back! I love the product, but we’re trying to be careful with EMF exposure considering fertility, so if you’re of the same mind but consider it safe then that goes a long way!

Love your article Justin and that you cover all bases! And your " dope stuff on the internet " section is great. Good luck with those research articles.👏

This was such a well-written piece. I especially loved your ocean wave analogy — it’s one of the clearest explanations I’ve seen for how different frequencies and intensities can affect people differently. That landed.

Your questions about sunlight exposure and individual reactions were also powerful. They invite curiosity instead of fear.

During my recovery from mold illness, I became acutely aware of EMFs in a way I never had before. My total load had increased to the point where I simply couldn’t tolerate what I used to. It wasn’t theoretical — it was visceral.

The biggest turning point for me was actually measuring my body voltage and turning off my bedroom breaker at night. I was sleeping in 11,000 mV and wondering why I wasn’t getting deep rest or repair. Once we addressed that — alongside mold detox — it genuinely shifted my trajectory.

I think many people underestimate EMFs because they’ve become part of the background noise of modern life. When something is constant, it’s easy to dismiss. But constant doesn’t mean neutral.

Thank you for contributing such a balanced, thoughtful perspective to the conversation.

How do people go back to wired headphones after the freedom of Bluetooth earbuds

And just how significant is the harm from air buds? I see numbers on a meter with zero explanation of scale or units and I’m not impressed one way or the other.

Justin - Curious if you've read Ferriss' chapter "Happy Endings and Doubling Sperm Count" in the 4 Hour Body? He does a self experiment on himself with sperm count/motility and his cell phone in his front pocket. Pretty wild stuff.

Great and thoughtful post as always.
